How will I receive my gift card?
Your gift card is delivered by email after payment and order processing. If you are buying it for yourself, use your email at checkout and leave the gift option unchecked.
Can I send it directly to someone else?
Yes. Select “I want to send this as a gift” before adding it to your cart. Enter the recipient’s email, then add their name and a personal message if you like.
Can I schedule a gift for a special day?
Yes. Choose an optional send date up to 90 days ahead. Leave the date blank to send it after payment and order processing. Scheduled delivery follows the date selected in your local time zone.
How do I use the gift card?
Open the link in your gift card email to reveal your gift card code and check your balance. Enter the code in the gift card or discount code field at checkout on LoafyPaws. If your order costs more than the available balance, pay the difference with another available payment method.
Do I have to use the full balance at once?
No. Any unused balance remains on the same gift card for a future order. Keep the gift card email so you can find your code and check the remaining balance.
Will a physical card be shipped?
No. This is a digital gift card delivered by email. There is no physical card or shipping charge for the gift card itself.
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No. Gift cards can be used toward other eligible LoafyPaws purchases, but they cannot be used to buy another gift card.
Are gift cards refundable?
All digital gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable after purchase, except as required by law.
What if the gift card email is missing?
Check the spam or junk folder and confirm the email address used for delivery. If you still need help, contact us with your order number. Email support@loafypaws.com.
